PCRID 2015 Annual Conference was a tremendous success!  

Keynote speaker, Interim RID Executive Director, Anna Witter-Merithew,  kicked off the weekend with an enlightening journey through studies focused on personal/professional development, bringing our conference theme into perspective.  Expert presenters offered topics ranging from mentorship and memory development, to understanding language attitudes, vicarious trauma, and VRS burnout.  We also discussed power in legal settings, interpreting for DeafBlind individuals and the journey to CDI- all while networking, reconnecting, laughing and enjoying great fare! 

One attendee exclaimed a workshop was “way better than described”, while another “enjoyed the opportunity to practice and apply” new knowledge.   Click on the following link to have a peek at the Baltimore History Scavenger Hunt held on Saturdaynight. The conference will be held in Baltimore's beautiful Inner Harbor at the elegant Embassy Suites222 St. Paul Place, Baltimore, MD, 21202. The conference facility is accessible to people with disabilities. 

When registering, be sure to select the Inner Harbor as your location. 

Please note: Rooms are still available at the hotel, but the discounted rate for conference attendees expired on October 21st.

Cancellation Policy

The refund levels noted below are for registration fees only. Other services paid for will be refunded in full. All cancellations must be in writing. Registrations may not be transferred.  Cancellation Postmarked Refund amount:  9 weeks before the conference start date: 75%; 6 weeks before the conference start date: 50%;  3 weeks before the conference start date: 0%
