PCRID is holding the second of 4 general membership meetings, preceded by a free workshop. Aaron Kubey will be presenting “Interpreting Applying Theater Techniques” on May 2nd at 9:00 am!

The workshop will be held at Gallaudet in SAC 1011, but you can also connect via live streaming! When you RSVP, please indicate you would like to participate via our online option or email Nicole Manuel at PDC@PCRID.org and we'll set you up to participate.

This topic is not just for theater interpreters, but for everyone! Goals of the workshop include: identify and describe theater techniques they might use in their current everyday work; list and describe how to use different theater techniques in their future non-theater work; identify misconceptions and fears in theater interpreting.

Anyone is welcome to come to the workshop or meeting at no charge, but CEUs are only free to members, so be sure to check your membership status! Non-members can pay $35 to earn CEUs.

Remember after the workshop, please stick around for lunch and the PCRID general meeting. This is our time to update you, and for you to share any questions and concerns with us!

We look forward to seeing you there!
