Member, Saturday only – $150.00
Member, Sunday only – $125.00
On-Site: Non-Member, Full weekend – $275.00
On-Site: Non-Member, Saturday only – $200.00
On-Site: Non-Member, Sunday only – $175.00
Student Member, Full Weekend – $150.00
Student Member, Saturday only – $125.00
Student Member, Sunday only – $100.00

Registration includes:
Saturday, November 5: breakfast, lunch, snack & light reception
Sunday, November 6: breakfast and snack

The conference facility is accessible to people with disabilities. Refund levels noted below are for registration fees only. Other services paid for will be refunded in full. All cancellations must be in writing. Registrations may not be transferred. Cancellations Postmarked Refund amount:

·     11:59 PM September 23, 2016 (6 weeks before the conference start date): 75%
·     11:59 PM October 7, 2016 (4 weeks before the conference start date): 50%
·     11:59 PM October 21, 2016 (2 weeks before the conference start date): 0%
