Opportunities

Although PCRID does not create mentor/mentee partner permanency, we are thrilled to offer opportunities to work and develop together  

Opportunity:

The PCRID Mentorship Committee (PCRID-MC) will be looking for Mentor/Mentee and Peer Partners for ‘In Your Corner’ at all of the PCRID workshops in 2017.  If you are interested in participating please register for the workshop and then email the Mentorship Committee that you wish to participate as a "Mentor", "Mentee", or a "Peer Partner" in the subject line.  All requests must be made and confirmed 2 weeks prior to the workshop for preparation and team building activities.  Please be aware in participating you will not be awarded CEU's for attending the workshop.  Be sure to check back for workshop details as 2017 planning is underway.

Opportunity:

The Community College of Baltimore County's (CCBC) Interpreter Preparation Program (ITP) is always looking for mentors to work with ITP students.  There are many benefits such as meeting new colleagues, referrals and work opportunities through the mentor list, free workshops with CEUs twice a year and recognition of service.  If interested please contact Dr. Rebecca Minor for an application Rminor3@ccbcmd.edu
